For your convenience our forms are available through our client portal. As part of the booking process, you were issued a user name and password to log into your private customer account. Once you have logged into your account, you will have access to all of the forms for your event. You will be able to complete them, make changes and additions to them and you will have access to them until about two weeks prior to your event. You will also be able to contact us at anytime via our customer contact form from your account. In addition, you can also search our music database and make requests for your event. You can even make a credit card payment all from your account.
To go to your private customer account just click on the "Login" menu above and enter the login name and password that we gave you when you booked with us.
